So will the new artifical island Oceanön be seen from the Helsinborg harbour

Instead of urban densification, the city authority of Helsingborg in Sweden wants to build an artificial island. The island will provide housing to the growing population and will strongly adapt to climate change and sea level rise. With the vision of being a sustainable island, it will also be climate neutral. But are these artificial islands essential and can they be really sustainable with the projected sea level rise. Read my interview with Lill Eriksson in Byggvärlden (in Swedish).
